Conditional Tense
Conditional tense is used to describe things that “probably” or “possibly” would happen.
Formation of conditional tense does not require to drop the ending, but require adding the ending.
-AR/-ER/-IR Verb (-ría, -rías, -ría, -ríamos, -ríais, -rían)
Trabajar to work | Singular | Plural |
1st Person | Trabajaría I would work | Trabajaríamos We would work |
2nd Person | Trabajarías You would work | Trabajaríais You would work |
3rd Person | Trabajaría He/She/You would work | Trabajarían They would work |
Si yo fuera tú, viviría en España. If I were you, I would live in Spain.
